Poor communication
I needed my recent purchase as quickly as possible and usually delivery is next day.
I had checked that the item was in stock and then attempted to call the sales team to confirm , but there was no response .
I ordered the item regardless and normally there is an immediate response from the courier, but on this occasion there was none.
I received my items 2 days later without any communication , which is good , but not as good as previous orders .

We are very sorry you feel you did not receive the service you would expect.
We can confirm you order was received at 4pm on the 19th and shipped same day. The reason for the delay was due to the size of the goods you ordered. We don’t know why you were unable to get through to our service desk, but we sincerely apologise for that.
Most deliveries can be tracked online for progress with your tracking number.
