I cannot understand why we cannot speak to an advisor over the telephone 📞
I’ve had an issue with a parcel since middle of august and I’ve emailed so. MAny times
NOTHING has been done to help me find this parcel or how to get a refund. I’ve had to send a replacement item out to the buyer. This is really shoddy service and Evri are useless.
