Rollo Sheridan was extremely helpful…but Reassure an unmitigated mess.

Rollo Sheridan was extremely helpful first capable individual I have got on the phone.
However my experience to date with Reassure has been dreadful. The phone line is obviously under staffed and whilst the people who answer the phone are pleasant they are purely reception phone people who cannot answer specific questions but have to refer to a more senior colleague while they keep you on holding on the phone. Plus phone line is not of good quality??My two Pension policies I am trying to access are ex L&G and they are not a fit for the on line `Portal` Reassure have so I have no access to that email is pointless. The number of times I have been told it will take 10 working days to process is ridiculous. The whole system the Company operates needs root and branch reform it has obviously over stretched itself and is not now capable of administering the policies they hold in a timely and proper manner. The FCA need to investigate this Company but they like Reassure also seem a useless operation?? What has happened to this Country the service these Companies provide the time they take to administer a business request is disgraceful. They should be fined millions of pounds and their senior management who I see take millions in remuneration should also be sanctioned bonuses stopped and their operations put into proper review by the relevant authorities.
