Suitcase lost, no resolution offered.

Ordered a suitcase for delivery to UK. Suitcase was damaged during posting and has since been lost by courier. No refund or replacement offered, just an email from Wardow saying the courier will investigate and this could take weeks. In the meantime, I have no suitcase for the trip that I’m going on and no refund.
