Arrangements to deliver sofa was timely. Notification day before with two hour time slot and a phone call on delivery day 1/2hr before delivery.
Alan & Wojciech very polite and even offered to remove footwear to prevent walking in any dirt. They assembled the item and even added pads under feet to prevent scratches to my hard surface floor
