I order a lens through Fnac's Belgian website. This is a lance from Sony that was on promotion. I pay and get confirmation that the lens will be sent. A few hours later, I receive an e-mail that the payment has been refunded without further explanation. After much back and forth gamail with Fnac, I get a very short email from Duke Fotografia that there was an error in the price. With that I have to make do.
All I can say is don't do business with Fnac or with Duke Fotografia. They are both rogue.
There is something like duty of delivery at the posted price. I will enforce this!!! Even if I have to take legal action to do so.
