Cash ISA

Cash ISA, refused to transfer at my request repeatedly and ended at the end of the maturity being moved automatically to Flexi ISA of very low interest rate (not my choice). Difficult to get through on the phone waited 7-9 minutes. When spoke to one person, asked to wait and being transferred back to the wait and spoke to another person who knew nothing about the issue that was discussed. Despite having the record for the request for transfer out to another bank, still rejected the transfer and asked to speak to the bank who received the decline for the transfer from Yorkshire Bank!! Just getting no where and unhelpful to resolve the issue.
