Avoid this company - they took payment of over £500 for a new phone which was delivered, only for the phone to stop working around 2 days into its life cycle with us, as the phone had been reported stolen!

We then sent the phone back expecting to have a full refund in a matter of days or a new phone on the way, we were then told the phone has been "lost in transit" which has left my partner without a phone or refund for 21 days (with no end in site!)

Awful communication, awful customer service - bottom line DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
