Customer service in awful- Beware do not do Business with Dango Wallets
Customer service in awful. Purchased an A wallet titanium. Dango had trouble manufacturing. I contacted them because I did receive any notice of where my wallet was. They responded manufacturing difficulties and would get it out to me soon. This took around a month. I received my wallet but after trying to use it I found it would not accommodate metal credit cards due to the design. I contacted the company. They responded I can send it back but I needed to pay for the return and they would also deduct the shipping from my refund. This is “their policy”. I wrote back a couple times urging them to make an exception because the wallet doesn’t work with metal credit cards(no where on their site does it say anything about compatibility). The company then stopped answering my emails and ignored me. I finally sent the wallet back at my expense. Now a week later and still haven’t seen my partial refund. I am assuming it will show on my card next month. Warning Do Not Do Business with these guys!!!!! They do not care about their customers. Did I mention I was a repeat customer too….stay away! Ignore Inc your customers is not a winning strategy.
