Really good products, quick delivery and easy enough to install for as long as you have the right tools and a flat and straight surface to cover. Trimming and cutting is fairly easy if you have a good set of saws but you need to buy the correct blades. The fast clip and starter clip systems are pretty good and easy to use but the screws provided are of poor quality and do not have a standard head; even though an adaptor is provided for your electric screw driver, they are quite fragile and break easily or wear off if you screw too hard. I used standard screws instead and they worked better.
Good flexibility on commercial terms too, NeoTimber will collect (at a cost) and reimburse whatever wasn't used (as long as it is in good shape of course) which is appreciable.

We always appreciate feedback regarding the installation process. You are correct to point out that the right tools should be used to cut the boards down to size. We recommend using a power mitre circular saw for accurate cuts.
We'll also take on board your notes about the screws being fragile, and will pass this on to the development team as an improvement that could be made to the product.
