No order and no way to contact a human!

I placed 2 orders yesterday, totalling nearly £200 and paid extra postage for both for next day delivery.
I received an email last night saying one had been dispatched but no mention of the other order.

I hadn't heard from Evri this morning regarding delivery so I tracked both orders and they haven't yet received either parcel from GorgeousShop.
So they've generated a tracking number but not actually dispatched anything.

I then looked for a contact number on their website but there isn't one!
I filled in the online form but as soon as I submitted it, I got an error page and it wouldn't reload!!
I've just found a phone number online and it goes straight to answerphone, with a message asking you to email with any queries. I sent an email and got an automatic reply saying they'll respond within 3 working days.

I just want to speak to a person and find out why they haven't yet sent my order and if in fact they are planning to do so or don't have the items in stock.
This is really poor customer service.

Hello there, I'm sorry to hear of your recent experience. I've taken a look and can see that both of your orders have despatched from our warehouse and are waiting to be received by our courier. We do aim to get parcels out to our customers on time however sometimes delays can occur, and we will always work to resolve this if this is the case. We will be happy to refund you for your next day delivery cost on these orders but please rest assured they are on their way and your tracking should update shortly. Whilst we try our best to respond to our customer's queries as soon as possible, we ask to allow 48 hours for a response, and on the rare occasions that we are busier than usual we kindly ask our customers to allow 72 hours for a response. I will ensure that a member of the customer service team contacts you straight away. We hope we can turn this experience around for you and please accept our sincere apologies.
