Wall to wall guarantee is a lie!
Awful experience with sky broadband. We signed up for the ultrafast package that has “Wall to wall Wi-Fi guarantee”. Sadly we don’t get Wi-Fi signal in two rooms of the house. I therefore called up asking for an engineer to come round, only to be told by a very rude man called Daffyd from retentions that the wall to wall guarantee only means you get guaranteed minimum speed (which admitted we do when next to the router). I asked what the wall to wall bit pertained to- which he just kept repeating the bit about the guaranteed minimum speeds. I said technically we have zero speed in two rooms of the house, but he just kept trying to charge me an extra £6 per month for the booster package. I therefore said I wanted to cancel under the terms of the guarantee, for which he said there would be an early termination fee. Sky is really going downhill and turning into a blatant money grab.
