Sleepy BT
Four months of phone calls and emails trying to stay with BT broadband. I would much rather stay with them. BT agree to revise my contract and then lose my details. They fail to keep telephone appointments. When I phoned to cancel they just shrugged!  How can they be so rubbish? They need breaking up. 
Finally given up and moving to Virgin broadband and O2 mobile despite wanting to stay with BT.
39 September- no response, no solution to this moan!! Don’t buy shares in this company only good for breaking up. Just returned the kit to bt at their expense because they don’t want my business.
