No response to calls or emails
Used to be amazing but neither hove or Brighton offices respond to emails or calls any longer. Only way to book is by going into the office, which is not convenient.

Very poor. Tried using on my phone(as it’s an app) and can hardly read it. I have excellent eyesight. Spent ages going into each folder (why so many!?) and found nothing. Waste of time!!! Why do we need the nhs app and this app?!!

Stayed at IHG indigo in Liverpool! For £160 a night expected better. Very down market and worse breakfast ever had in a hotel! Either IHG don’t care about their brand or someone is skimping on breakfast!

Applied for an MIP with local firm thinking would get a more personal service. Tried back in early July and no response for a few days so decided service was not great! Wanted a responsive service. Then decided would have another go and sent salary slips as requested to the broker 19th July. No response at all to date! Now going to go to an online national service.

Failed to turn up to value the property several times! Then fails to provide a valuation. After a few weeks I asked for the valuation. They sent within 30 minutes. Significantly undervalued compared to neighbours houses and another estate agent. Had wanted to use them but not now. Not impressed.

Terrible service. Roadside “mechanic” turns up and says I have no tools and only here to recover it. He said looks like it’s the belt.
I know thats a simple job and a decent roadside firm would have fixed it! Not blaming the recovery driver but LV Britannia should be sending out people equipped with tools!!!
Cancelling the membership which I have been renewing each year!

Terrible service. Did not realise I did not have home recovery. But Britannia (LV, Allianz) said pay £100 and someone will come out and have a look. If they can’t fix it they will recover it to local garage. Thinking they will try and fix it I agree. Guy turns up and says I have no tools and only here to recover it. They installed gas and electric smart meters in early January 2024. Despite phone calls, photos sent and emails I still have to manually load readings onto the website and no sign of any resolution. Nothing smart about it!

Previously with BT, Virgin broadband is unreliable , slow and coverage in home poor. Despite claiming high speeds I struggle daily with the connection.
Customer service is not keen to fix this problem.
They make lots of claims but BT in hindsight was better on all levels. Tried numerous times to get a “pod” but they make it difficult to even get one.
