Front of house horrendous (Spaces, Theale)
Absolutely terrible since the lovely FOH members have left the building. Front of house staff are useless, turning away packages that are needed for our work and then laugh & patronise us after their mistake. We will be leaving ASAP now, we used to have such a high level of genuine care, but the atmosphere is now horrible we will not be paying for that.

I am sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction.
The local team are only allowed to accept post if it is in the correct company name; this is a legal requirement. We regret that we are not able to collect post for a company on behalf of another.
