Vuestro envío por UPS es una estafa, tal y como os he reportado ya a través de mi cuenta, sin haber recibido ninguna respuesta clara.
Ni se cumplen los plazos de envío, los conductores de UPS mienten al informar en sus sistemas (dicen que han intentado la entrega sin pasar por los domicilios, entregan a los puntos de recogida los paquetes al día siguiente, pese a indicar que fueron entregados el día antes...).
Esos puntos de recogida que UPS tiene, están hartos de los líos que les provocan los repartidores¡¡¡
To IAFSTORE: as a on-line shop, having a store in Spanish, you should (at least) to read and understand the comments before answering your standard messages¡¡¡
UPS is not doing what they say, they are lying¡¡¡
Do you have already long messages by DM with all the details, and copy of the claims¡¡¡
Your answer in English, shows how important is to you to take care of your Spanish costumers: nor understanding messages, but answering as if you're the best¡¡¡
UPS has been contracted by IAFSTORE, NOT BY ME¡¡¡
You are responsible of all your sales, while they are not delivered according to the order.
No one from UPS went home. This IS YOUR responsibility¡¡¡
Don't try to elude it¡¡¡
And obviously, the comment is also related to the NOT SOLUTION given by your Team after had contacted them, and sent all the "fake" documents created by the UPS driver. Only IAFSTORE can solve that with UPS.
