After paying for the hot tub online we…

After paying for the hot tub online we received an email from Outlet Spas with a tracking number which said we would be able to track our order. Tried numerous days and times to track it but the tracking number does not work. Called Outlet Spas several times and spoke with at least 3 people promising to get a corrected tracking number for us but we still do not have one. Was told they would call the shipping company to get the correct number and Dan promised he would call me back within 30 minutes either way. Waited almost an hour, called back and spoke to Dan who then said he had forgot to call me back and then admitted he had sent an email saying he got a faster response rather then calling and talking directly to a person. He assured me he would call and speak to a live person and let me know something. Still have not heard back from him so I went to the BBB website ( should have done that first! ) Now thinking I need to call my CC company and reverse the charges.

I believe you have worked with our team and your spa is on its way. And, it left our warehouse with a working tracking number in less than seven (7) days (advertised to ship within 7-14 business days).

I do apologize the tracking number did not populate as quickly as we would have expected, and I recognize that a large purchase online like this can sometimes be a little unsettling. Thank you for giving us a chance to earn your trust!
