14 working days after reporting that my order had foreign plastic bits within the product, they are still yet to resolve. Their investigations, by their own timelines, take 2-3 days. They have said they have escalated. But still zero resolution and nothing but templated responses from the team. Will not be ordering from them ever again if this is how they fail to resolve an issue. No refund, no replacement, no resolution. It's negligent.
