Terrible home delivery service

We have a 3 month old baby so have been shopping online recently for convenience. Our delivery was scheduled for this morning at 7:30, but received a txt message at 7:45 stating the payment didn’t go through (even though there were sufficient funds in the account). We spoke to someone called Alison who had an extremely rude, computer says no attitude, and informed us that the driver had already missed the delivery and wouldn’t be able to turn back. Additionally there were no further delivery slots available this weekend. We were left with no choice but to cancel the order. Very disappointing service
