Broadband down for over 21 hours!
Our Sky broadband was down for over 21 hours (since Sunday 6.30pm. Rang their customer service, only to find out they have now outsourced it. I find it very difficult to understand a thick foreign accent. This does not make me a racist. I just find it very hard to make myself understood, plus I do not feel I am important enough to Sky. Outsourcing their call centre is clearly a cost saving exercise, but I feel in doing that they are shooting themselves in the foot. I am a long-term customer who wants to speak to a member of the Company. It just feels disrespectful of Sky that I cannot do that anymore! Going to change providers when our contract is due for renewal later this year.
