Exception service... again
Thomas called as he arrived but I was 10 minutes away. I told him the locking wheel nut was on the drivers seat and the car unlocked, and he asked whether we were happy for him to continue replacing the tyres, confirmed which ones, and by the time I was back he'd finished. We spoke about the damaged tyre, gave me the other replaced and legal tyre as a spare, and was done.
Wouldn't think about using anyone else.
