Boost cut our electricity off without…
WE HAVE BEEN WITHOUT ELECTRICITY NOW FOR 11 DAYS....STILL NO CONTACT FROM BOOST. WE ARE STILL HAVING TO LIVE AWAY FROM HOME.....DISGRACE. Boost cut our electricity off without notice even though there was credit on the pay as you go meters. We have been without power no for 5 days. We have called every day and they promise call backs which don’t come. We have had to leave our home as a result and stay in a hotel. Boost really are a disgrace, their staff don’t seem to care about their customers. Will leave them as soon as I can.
We have called your help number several times and have contacted you on your website, you listen and say you will call back and don’t. Even your response now is to call helpline ….you cannot resolve it and say you will call back. We are now having to stay in a hotel as a result of your actions. There are young children living at house and the whole thing is effecting my mental health. Not even sure what you are doing is legal. If you are serious about helping call the number I have given you and sort it. 5 days without power, several calls, no help and no return calls. Boost are an absolute disgrace, awful, the worst ever customer service.
