Useless

Sold our caravan back in January and after several emails it’s still on their site for sale. It’s wasting my time and potential customers too. Disappointed as they seem to take your money and that’s where it ends.

5 Star Service

Amazing service - tried to get a mortgage with my usual company who let me down. Contacted Mojo and dealt with Deepa who was brilliant from start to finish. She went above and beyond, even working on it in her own time. She got us a great deal and made the process as easy as possible for us….plus she got the deal over the line as promised. I would certainly recommend Mojo mortgages…..but more than anything I would recommend Deepa. Also a big thanks to Molly who was also a pleasure to deal with throughout. Bought a few sheds before from Viking, quality and service always been excellent. My latest purchase an 8ft x 8ft chalet style is brilliant, seems even better build quality than my last one. You can get cheaper than Viking, but I doubt you will find better. They will replace panels should they ever need to be ( I had a floor replaced once after many years) they will also move your shed if you move house. The service is second to none and a final note, if you want to treat/protect the shed yourself, then it’s cheaper if you buy it from Viking….just saying.

Terribly Rude Store - Awful Customer Service

Bought a Denon Hi-fi online. It developed a fault within the 2 Year Warranty Period. I called J.L tech support who said it was reported within the Warranty Period and that I should return to my nearest Store (Cheadle - Manchester) where they would arrange a repair. They refused to accept it and told me there was nothing they could do. Asked to speak to a Manager (Gavin) who was rude and accused me of lying, he did this infront of other customers. He said I should take responsibility for this error. I went to the store C.S who called online Tech Support who said they SHOULD accept it and that I had done everything correctly. They again refused to accept it, saying their system wouldn't allow it. They said I should deal with this myself with Denon. I have complained to John Lewis who don't seem to be bothered and are not taking this seriously. I made a 120 mile round trip and 4 hours in store trying to sort this. I would seriously consider before buying electrical items from J.L, they don't seem to honor warranties and their Customer Services are no where near as good as they used to be and don't take your complaints seriously and therefore don't seem to value your Custom - Avoid

Before we started the process of buying a Persimmon home we were a little nervous as we had read mixed reviews. However all I can say now we have moved in is that our house is amazing and we are more than pleased with the quality and presentation. I do however want to pick out one person that not only made this happen for us, but was excellent throughout- Emily Head at Udall Grange -Stone. We had several problems with the sale of our home and we were very demanding regarding things being perfect. Emily always had a solution and was more that Patient with us. It wouldn’t be stretching things to say that without Emily it wouldn’t have happened. Persimmon homes should be immensely proud of this young lady, she is a real asset to your company. We have had a few minor issues which have been quickly resolved and we are so glad we chose a Persimmon home.

The worst customer service ever

OK, Electricity back on after 17 days without…however you forgot to inform engineer about gas. 18 days without cooking or washing facilities.no idea when it will be sorted. ABSOLUTE DISGRACE.

The Number you have supplied is exactly the same number we have been calling every day....the same number that does not return calls.....ever So your response to me telling you we have been without power for 17 days and had to move out is to - Call your Team !!!.....not even sure what you have done to us is legal, it's certainly not humane.

Ovo came and fitted new pay as you go meters to our home and didn't inform us that the ones we were topping up no longer fed our gas and electricty. On the 29th of May our gas and electric was cut off even though there was £70 pre paid to meters. We have been without power for over TWO WEEKS. We have called OVO every day and they do not return our calls. I wrote a previous review and they responded and said they would help and they haven't. We have had to move out of the home and bin all of the fridge and freezer contents. My wife had a day off yesterday and waited from 10 am until 9pm for an engineer to come out and it's still unresolved. We are looking for compensation for Hotels, unpaid work days and thrown away food. I have never, ever know customer service so bad 17 days without power, hours of waiting in call queues....and it's still unresolved. Please, please do not entertain using OVO, spare yourself the pain. Apparently OVO do not even know who fitted the meters even though they planned it.

Boost cut our electricity off without…

WE HAVE BEEN WITHOUT ELECTRICITY NOW FOR 11 DAYS....STILL NO CONTACT FROM BOOST. WE ARE STILL HAVING TO LIVE AWAY FROM HOME.....DISGRACE. Boost cut our electricity off without notice even though there was credit on the pay as you go meters. We have been without power no for 5 days. We have called every day and they promise call backs which don’t come. We have had to leave our home as a result and stay in a hotel. Boost really are a disgrace, their staff don’t seem to care about their customers. Will leave them as soon as I can.
We have called your help number several times and have contacted you on your website, you listen and say you will call back and don’t. Even your response now is to call helpline ….you cannot resolve it and say you will call back. We are now having to stay in a hotel as a result of your actions. There are young children living at house and the whole thing is effecting my mental health. Not even sure what you are doing is legal. If you are serious about helping call the number I have given you and sort it. 5 days without power, several calls, no help and no return calls. Boost are an absolute disgrace, awful, the worst ever customer service.

Fantastic service and lovely people, can’t fault them at all. They made a nasty experience a lot better. Only reason I give 4/5 is the cost of the service. Understand it’s emergency and out of hours, but charges are extortionate.

Used Grindey’s several times over he…

Used Grindey’s several times over he last few years. Just used them again to sell and buy a house. Hear lots of people meaning about solicitors, but I can’t fault Grindey’s. Done lot of communication through email, but over the phone was simple too. Honestly cannot fault them and through situation and circumstance I have used them 5 times in 6 years and they have never failed me. Special mention to Katherine Pinnell, Michele Brownfield and Laura Tune..... all excellent and part of a gear team. Looking for a solicitor, this team is the best.
