Pretty poor service to be fair
Pretty poor service to be fair, I applied for a loan, got accepted in principle, said to input the codes I had been sent, over an hour later, still no codes. Finally got them, put them in, got approved a 2nd time, then got an email saying they just need to confirm the security code on my card, rang up, did that, lady said all was fine, 24 hours later and still not heard anything. The next day, I had another email saying its approved in principle, but they need yet more information, so I phone up, have to wait on hold for ages, I confirm all the finance questions they were asking, outgoing payments etc, lady again said ok that's fine, then yet another email, this time asking for access to my bank account to analyse my financial data, what a load of rubbish, why not save me 10 phone calls and just do the bank check 1st. all this fuss for a £200 loan, I already went elsewhere and got £300 in 15 minutes, stay clear of these clowns.
24 HRS AFTER GIVING ACCESS TO MY BANK ACCOUNT, STILL HAVEN'T HEARD ANYTHING. SHAMBLES
Edit: today is June 19th, still not heard anything, I think I may not be getting that call back haha.
