Late delivery
I ordered a birthday card to be sent to Australia - I ordered it over 6 weeks in advance and gave a specific delivery date. It arrived 6 days late. I contacted customer support after 4 days and I was offered a full refund, a credit or for it to be resent. I chose the latter but 2 days later the original arrived. So 2 cards sent - the customer service team dealt with my query promptly. This is the first time I have had a problem and I have used Moonpig many times. I have been asked to review on this particular experience hence 3 stars. All previous experiences have warranted a full 5 stars!
