Terrible company

Terrible company, wrong tracking number and no reply from customer service

Update Vitasunn manage to contact use the day after I submitted my trust pilot review, thank you trust pilot.
Stating that they attempted to contact us on a number of occasions but the email bounced, and provided an email with Bounced typed in it, even though I had submitted Vitasunn online customer service form 4 times, submitted emails to Vitasunn customer service and messenger by both myself and my wife's email and phone numbers.
And to say that the replacement is free is not correct I had paid for this item and postage already.
As i said Vitasunn contacted myself and my wife the day after the review which was appreciated, but the communication to my wife was not what you would expect, cheeky would be putting it lightly.

This order was lost by the post. We immediately sent a replacement via UPS at no cost.
We have made every possible effort to communicate with the customer, but our messages have been bounced back from every address we tried!
We would never ignore a delivery issue or any customer issue.

We are so sorry the first parcel was lost in transit, and we sincerely hope you will consider revising this review when the replacement is delivered.
