Student ID

It's been almost a month and I've not had any information on the student ID card that I ordered. I would in an ideal world like it ASAP as I soon have a long train journey which I'd like a student discount on but I need a student ID to prove that.
I apologise for the low review.

Edit: they have emailed me about the situation and showed their sincerest apologies, they said that it will arrive as soon as it can. I have changed the review from 2 starts to 4 stars as this was a quick response from the help desk, thank you for trying to resolve the issue quickly.
