Zero customer support for basic safety questions. I bought a poco plus from this company. I have used it and now have a question on their confusing weight limit specs. I tried emailing them, Instagramming them and Facebooking them. Nothing! How can a company be this disrespectful to its customers? Avoid Osprey Packs like the plague!
