Confusing and annoying app that’s not…

TUI is a great company that’s let down by its poorly functioning app. Trying to book a holiday is hampered by confusing navigation. You are not ‘funnelled’ effortlessly to the holiday of your choice. And once you’ve managed to find the holiday you want booking it is not straightforward. I persevered (I had to call their very helpful customer service) until I managed to book the holiday but wonder how many people give up and book their holiday elsewhere.

I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the performance of the TUI APP. We continually monitor the capabilities and functions of our APP/Website and have a dedicated web team that work hard behind the scenes to keep this running, although we appreciate that - as with any app or website - it may experience errors or glitches. We would ask that whenever a customer experiences an issue, to raise it to us as soon as possible in order for our team to investigate.
