Awful Customer Service

Awful! I sent an old phone for £12 (and so this review is NOT about the money) and they said that it was sent to them a month later than it was. I literally have the tracking information that shows when I sent the item to them on the 13th Feb 2023 and they are saying it says March - it's in black and white I can't explain how deluded the conversation has been. They are telling me that the black and white information on the tracking is not what it says it is. Literally calling the sky black. I've NEVER had such incompetent messages sent. I would NEVER use them again after years of having them as a go to company to recycle my old items. In addition they are asking for a proof of that I sent the item when I did - that is what the tracking number is for!!!! Shocking! Never again. Keep the phone, I couldn't care less about it.
