Friendly staff but hopeless customer service
Megan was friendly but the problem with my FITs reading is simply deferred to March when apparently I need to call as I can't enter metre readings online. I have no idea why that can't be done. There is no dedicated number for FITs customers and it takes me up to an hour to call the general number. Today was better at 30 minutes including a long talk with the call centre in the Philippines. Our FITs worked smoothly with SSE who had an office in Cardiff who picked up the phone.
