After paying Alevere £1000.00
After paying Alevere £1000.00, 5 days later I was advised they had gone into liquidation. They offered to let me have the food since their London clinic was closed but I had lost the treatments I had paid for. Since then I have received food but it was from another diet company, Exante, and 70% of the products had a BBF date of June 2022 or November 2022. I have also been getting marketing emails still offering the clinic that they told me was closed!

Hi Phillip, we are a little confused by the review. Our London clinic closed for a short period whilst we found a new partner. It Is my understanding you have been kept informed throughout the process. I apologise if this is not the case.
With regard to your comment about receiving foods for Exante, I can 100% assure you this was nothing to do with us. We have no association with Exante.
