This review refers to our interactions with Mark, who we met on our first visit to the store late last year. He is friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the products on offer and was a great help to us in choosing our perfect sofa. We liked him so much we made a point of seeking him out on subsequent store visits to look at our sofa again while we were waiting for the time to order it.
On two occasions we went to the store and Mark was not there. We met other members of staff on both occasions and found that they were less interested than Mark and our interactions with both were very brief and not particularly productive. When we were ready to order we returned and met Mark at the door. He remembered us and also recalled that we had shown an interest in another sofa before making our final choice. We found Mark to be very personable and helpful, talking us through our options and listening to what we needed. He made the whole experience of choosing and ordering our sofa very easy and pleasant. I would definitely mention him to any of my friends who were planning to shop at SCS.
