I ordered a pair of leggings in…

I ordered a pair of leggings in January. Two weeks on they had not yet been shipped. I contacted Halara to ask what was happening only to be told that the items I had ordered were out of stock. I was offered to chance to swap the item I had ordered to another colour. I went online and noticed that my size and the original colour ordered were still showing as in stock. I changed my order anyway, only to be told that was not in stock either.

I get that things can go wrong but I feel really strongly that items should not be advertised as available if they are not, and my money should not have been taken if they were out of stock.

The customer service lady was pleasant and offered a full refund in the end plus 10% off my next order but there won’t be a next order as I have lost faith in this website. It shouldn’t have taken 3 weeks and a complaint for them to “discover” that the item I had ordered was not actually available,

This is a shame as I previously bought a pair of cord trousers from this site and they fitted well and were of good quality, which is why I had come back. What a let down.

The customer service lady and the fact that my previous order was good is the only reason I have given 2 stars instead of 1.
