Very long delivery time
If you want to wait one month for a PC that any other company will deliver in less than a week, buy here!
The PC itself arrived in good condition and works fine, but the delivery time was more than double of the (already long) 9 working days they claimed it would take at purchase. Very disappointed with the experience.

Rarely there may be instances that we take a little longer than the estimated lead time to ensure that everything is working as it should with each of our systems.
This unfortunately seems to have been paired with an issue in transit that has led to further delays.
Please accept my apologies for the frustration that the delay getting your system to you has undoubtably caused. We will naturally be investigating this case to see if changes can be made to eliminate these delays or make our communication more transparent.
