While my husband and I have had travel insurance before, this was the first time that we submitted a claim. Directions on how and what to submit were clearly stated on the website. An email and a text were received once the claim had been submitted with a date of when to expect resolution. I was pleasantly surprised that it only took 2days for the resolution and about 1 week later we received a check in the mail.
