Shocking Service
I purchased an IPhone 12 mini through BecexTech online on the 24/1/23. I soon realised I had made a mistake in that the mini was going to be too small, so I contacted the on the 27/1 (prior to the phone being dispatched) asking if I could change the order (would even consider a voucher to use on their site). They responded 28/1 saying they would look into it. On the 29/1 they contacted me asking if I would be interested in the iPhone 12 normal size. I responded yes, same day. On the 30/1 they mailed me asking if I was willing to pay an extra $129 for the iPhone normal size. I responded same day saying yes I would. On the 31/1 they mailed me saying it’s too late to change my order and that I’m stuck with the mini. No explanation or mention of all our previous emails? Crazy and I’ll definitely not be buying anything from them again.
