I placed my order on a Sunday and received the camera by Thursday—remarkably fast delivery! The product was exactly as described, and the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend BecexTech to my friends and family.

Purchased as "as new" refurbished…
Purchased as "as new" refurbished iPhone, and was expecting some minor/surface level issues. Instead they sent me a phone with a chip out of the corner of the screen that was deep enough to cut me while fitting screen protection. There are several deep marks and this phone is absolutely not worth what I paid for it. When I raised the issue they demanded I pay return fees + restocking fees.
ETA: They asked me to take this review down before they would consider resolving this issue. Not only was the device not Australian stock (as advertised) but it was also damaged to the point that JB hifi refused to take it as a "as new" trade in

I was offered a cash incentive to write a review of my experience with BecexTech. My first review was rejected as it was honest but negative.
I was then offered a greater payment to rewrite my review with the company in a positive light. I kept copies of the emails because they kept contacting me asking for a positive review.
The device finally arrived
The device finally arrived. Purchased on 27/09/2025. The shopping experience was good. Took a little bit longer than I expected but it got here in the end.
The worst purchase of my life!!! Avoid BecexTech!!!
I purchased a refurbished phone advertised as “new,” and within a few weeks, I noticed serious issues: random reboots and GPS/navigation not working at all, making it essentially unusable.
After reporting the issues, the seller demanded I send the phone back for assessment at my cost. They repeatedly claimed “no issues found,” sent generic reports without evidence or logs, and requested a fee to return my faulty phone, ignoring all the concerns and evidences I provided. The phone was held for nearly two months(!) and I had to pay to get it back, still faulty and all scratched! The gps issue was detected immediately upon return.
I escalated the matter again with Kogan, providing extensive evidence including videos, photos, and a third-party confirming the fault. Kogan intervened and raised this as a major issue under ACL.
Kogan asked me to return the phone for a full refund and the seller tried to perform another assessment without my agreement, again claiming “no issues found,” providing more generic reports, and demanding a $55 fee to return the phone.
I was left without a working phone for 123 days, spending months on back-and-forth emails, evidence gathering, and dealing with stress, time, and so much costs. NSW Fair Trading was also involved.
If it weren’t for Kogan’s intervention, I would likely have needed to go to court, costing even more time to have my money back.
Based on my experience, BecexTech’s customer service, honesty, and accountability are completely unacceptable. Avoid this seller at all costs.

Do not recommend this seller
Ordered and paid for item nearly a week ago and also paid extra for express post. Have followed up numerous times and been told item has shipped and tracking number provided. FedEx tracking states label created however they have not received package for transportation. I will more than likely cancel this order, either way I would never buy from BecexTech again. Terrible seller.

Regret ordering from them. Paid for an in stock item with express shipping and after 5 day and 8 emails they still haven't sent the item and refuse to refund. Stressful. Should have read the reviews before purchasing.

Paid for express shipping.. wasnt sent express and then was told twice that it still was sent express. It took me contacting Auspost to confirm it hadn't.

would be 0 if possible. bought a phone refurbished in "excellent" condition through Kogan. received the phone could see glue hanging out the sides but it was constantly dropping service. their solution was to send the phone back for assessment i explained that i use my phone daily for work and couldn't go 2 weeks without one. they assured me it wouldn't take 2 weeks so i paid for express postage, they said they would refund the postage however they emailed saying they would refund an amount less than i paid for postage. i received confirmation that it was delivered to the po box i was provided (red flag not having an actual business postal address) and when i emailed they said they had to confirm it had been delivered and then it would take another 3 business days minimum to assess. that will take us to 2 weeks which i was assured it wouldn't. i requested a refund because i was very clear and quick with reporting the issues and a need for a phone to complete my days at my job and they brushed me off. I emailed back saying it wasn't unreasonable to expect a refund now they have possession of the phone that they sent that wasn't up to basic standards to begin with. they emailed back on a Saturday saying my case manager wasn't in on weekends. i was not surprised due to the lack of care they have shown for the whole interaction. when i asked if someone else could get on it over the weekend they of course chose to ignore my request. i sent a follow up email this morning and again nothing. I'm expecting them to respond Monday with more excuses to try and weasel their way out. the whole experience has been handled very poorly its as if they don't run basic tests because as soon as i disconnect from a WIFI connection it pops up emergency calls only. they had me do a hard reset on all settings and after all that they don't seem willing to give me a refund that I'm entitled to. i understand that they cant refund the phone until they have it but once they received it they should of sent me a replacement immediately. I want a refund because i can't trust their products or customer service.
Buying my new cellphone pixel 9 pro XL
In general, the purchase experience was great. The only thing is that I was a new customer, and when I placed my order I am sure a created an account, but apparently it didn't happened. So i didn't get any email of the shipping of my order, and I was worried. Although I got the order confirmation. I was in touch with them, and everything went perfect. My product arrived just a week after I ordered it.
Don't ever buy from them
Recently had an experience with this company that left much to be desired. After two weeks of following up on my order, I was informed that the phone I had ordered was out of stock. While I appreciate the communication, I found it quite frustrating that it took so long to realize this issue.
To make matters worse, they offered me the same phone at a higher price. I found it particularly disappointing since I had seen the higher model listed on their website for a lower price in excellent condition. It raises concerns about their business practices and transparency.
Most of the reviews you see are mostly fake.
Overall, I expected better customer service and more reasonable pricing. I would think twice before ordering from them again.

Terrible product and horrible customer service. I purchased a iPhone X with” excellent “description. It arrived with significantly degraded health for battery health which made using it for any time frame highly inconvenient
When asked to repair it I was advised no replacement or loaner and no phone at all for 2 weeks while they assess it. I requested a refund or a technician in my area to repair and was declined. I gave 4 different options. They have only 1 with that was so inconvenient it was inconceivable. I will never recommend this company based on the difficulties amd false advertisement.
