MISSING ITEMS AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Though one of the products arrived, they've missed an item from my order and simply WILL NOT respond to any email or anything. There's absolutely no other way to contact them! There is a supposed number I found online but it is a dead number, probably just created for looks, I reckon. Customer service is absolutely shockingly bad, ie, completely non-existent!
You'd better just hope everything is exactly right with your order, or you're in for a nightmare.
After reading other people's reviews, yeah, seems these are a company to dodge really.
Aah well, I've paid with PayPal, so I'll get my money back.
