I would give zero stars if that would be possible. Traded in brand new Apple phone in sealed box in September, it all got tested and i have accepted offer. No money has been received since then. After multiply calls and promises still nothing. i was told that half amount will be paid by Xmas and the rest after, but still no money. No replies to emails or calls. I applied for small claims court and CCJ was issued, they ignored it and havent replied to claim. Surprise surprise. Now i am just waiting for sealed High Court Writ// and updated on the case. Bailiffs visited these guys on Monday and once they start removing goods, the company owner managed to collect money and made payment in full. Dont give up Guys and get your money back.
