It has been two years since I sent my phone to you, and I have still not recieved payment. Please can you help? I have tried contacting you in so many ways about this. Order reference 383919

I sent my iPhone 13 Pro Max 256gb last October 2022 still waiting to receive my payment of 501£ company never responded to emails or phone calls , still no payment , how can a respectable company do this to people

I sent my phone in a couple of weeks ago and have received a message from Royal Mail that it has be delivered- so I know they have it. I have just now seen all the reviews and am very worried that I won’t receive payment as I need the money to cover my new phone. I have tried calling and the number doesn’t exist. I have also emailed but no heard anything back. Anyone know what I can do! This is a nightmare for me!

Feels like I have been scammed like many others ! iPhone sent last year - all logged on system then nothing . Can't get hold of them.. AVOID

Did someone try to go in to their birmingham branch to recover money ?
I have had my phone with them since dec 2022, status says awaiting payment..!

How can this company still be able to trade while scamming every customer out of their mobile phones and never paying them. This is disgraceful!!!

This alleged company have had my IPhone 12 pro max since last April, That's nearly 11 months now!
It states "Awaiting payment" in my account details which it has done for the majority of that time.
If you value your sanity do not ever use this company.

Update: Still absolutely nothing happening, Nearly a year they have had my mobile.

My order number is 382051 and 382093. If you don’t pay the bill in one month. I will turn to the court and Fraud Action. It’s serious. I have enough time for this.

My iPhone 12 max pro was sent in excellent condition on 13th December & confirmed received. The phone was tested an an offer made on 23rd December which I accepted . It’s now 20th January I’ve received no payment and they have not returned any emails or calls. Do not use this company. I will not let this go they owe me £475 I will inform small claims courts to processmy complaint. What’s that word when someone takes propert without paying for it?

I would give zero stars if that would be possible. Traded in brand new Apple phone in sealed box in September, it all got tested and i have accepted offer. No money has been received since then. After multiply calls and promises still nothing. i was told that half amount will be paid by Xmas and the rest after, but still no money. No replies to emails or calls. I applied for small claims court and CCJ was issued, they ignored it and havent replied to claim. Surprise surprise. Now i am just waiting for sealed High Court Writ// and updated on the case. Bailiffs visited these guys on Monday and once they start removing goods, the company owner managed to collect money and made payment in full. Dont give up Guys and get your money back.

Order #3108339 sent in July 22, order was checked and I had a revised price in September 22, which I accepted and I recieved an email saying the revised price has been accepted and the payment will be revised soon. This was 21st September 22 and its now 15th January 23, still no payment and no contact from sell any fone. Just a response would be nice to know what is happening.

Order No: 3112802 I sent a phone off for my mum in September and still have not received my payment I’ve phoned the number at least 200 times and I’ve emailed them probably over 100 times and received no response.

Order No 3110285 sold in September little contact. Never reply to messages. Do not use unbelievable how they get away with it.

I saw all the negative reviews after raising a trade in order. I reached out to the company via email expressing my concerns, to my surprise they message back the following day 2nd Jan 23 advising that they had a backlog and not currently buying. This was very honest of them as they could have just let me send my phones and let me chase. Great first contact experience puts me at ease to do future trade in

Sent my phone in October 22, emailed and called with no response. I have actioned a CCJ as this company are now due me £600

Phone was received on the 17th of September. I have made numerous attempts to contact them and received no response. Now over three months later I will be proceeding through small claims court.

Scammed/Thieves, they never paid, 9 months later still chasing payments, they don't answer the phone or reply to emails, I'm owed £305 or my mobile back

USE THIS NUMBER TO CHASE THEM UP - 0121 327 5700 - They are owned by Phone-Giant. Even though talking to them they were extremely rude. Payment is not next day/24hrs. They pay you as and when they like from what I’ve basically been told. Will be issuing a small court claim against them. Thieves!

Have waited for over a month for any update to status (still 'processing' after they confirmed receipt of the phone). No response via their advertised contact form, phone number or facebook messenger. Like most others here, proceeding through the online small claims court process.
