Really letting it slip…
I’ve been a huge fan of Sonos products over the years but things really seem to be slipping. I recently purchased an Arc to replace my Beam. Out of the box it would not connect to the app. After lots of going round the houses with tech support, they informed me it was defective and would need to be replaced. The options- send it back and then they’ll send you a replacement. Or be charged for a new one which they will then refund to you. Both options are inconvenient. Making time to go to the post office in itself is difficult when you’re busy at work. And I certainly don’t want to be charged twice for what is a very expensive product. For the price a courier should be sent to collect and swap it for a working one. Not impressed
