The folk on the end of the Avanti line are always polite, good-natured and seem to have a sense of humour. They are also based in the UK, and this is reassuring. This is NOT a racist observation. But it is obvious that other companies outsource their call centres to India and elsewhere to save money. It is reassuring that Avanto does no such thing.
