Crooks. They valued my immaculate iPhone which has always had a screen protector & original plastic back cover intact & on receipt their end they said it had multiple scratches which is a blatant lie … they are returning it & I hope it is the same pristine condition when I posted it to them Rip off merchants beware !!!!!!!!!
