So Ugly I Was Too Embarrassed To Wear It
Ugliest jewelry I've seen in years. It's flat out tacky. So I tried to return it & couldnt. Just in case, I reached out to customer service explaining the quality wasn't good enough for an exchange. I got an ambiguous email or two but nothing was going to change. So I left social media comments. Nothing hateful, but I said the quality sucks & they won't do refunds. Everything was deleted, at best an Instagram dm that wasn't followed up on. The customer service attempt made it worse. I won't even regift it

we believe you've purchased from a different domain to ours. and left feedback on the incorrect trust pilot.
There was a website and brand called 'the midas co' which we've had shut down as they were infringing on our trademark. Someone in another comment has said that company is now called Milou?
If you read through our reviews you will see this has happened a number of times.
