I bought a hob and chimney hood extractor easily and all went smoothly - delivered on time. I had made a mistake with the size of the hood and it didn't fit the space. My Appliances were helpful in getting this resolved - changed it with the right size and collected the old one. I know they did it as an exception and a gesture of good will - I was very grateful indeed. It was good service from Jo.
