The Worst Customer Service
I have placed an order for Versace blue for £38.00 on sale, paid £27.00 via debit card and used £11.00 Beauty and Health points.
I have had a refund of £27.00 but £11.00 beauty & health points have not been added to my card. I have contacted their customer service twice with a gap of one week. They promised the points shall be added within 72 hours each time, but to no avail.
I had an email from the customer service that the point will be visible on my card in 4 hours and that was a week ago. It was not fulfilled at all.
Superdrug’s customer service is probably the worst I have experienced. They do not have a telephone to contact them, and it’s all through chats. You will have to explain the whole situation each time wasting hours of customers time.
The customers do not get paid for their time but the customer service advisors are paid for their time by Superdrug. They do not value customers time which could be more precious than Superdrug employees.
My order number is 10010153875 and let’s see if it can be resolved through Trustpilot.
If Superdrug does not organise their customer service and their principles, it will not survive like many it’s rivals.
