I have had a gift subscription for a number of years. My account was under an old, now defunct email address. I opened a new account but can't link the subscription as it's linked to the old address. I've called several times to request the old account be deleted. The call centre staff can't do this, and have 'escalated' the request. Nothing happens. I call again. Ditto. The call centre can't call anyone, only send emails apparently. Frustrated.
Thanks for the reply. I didn't receive that email, perhaps it went to the old address? Can you resend to my current address please.
