Ornament was custom engraved and delivered within a couple of weeks. I ordered mid-November in the run up to the holiday season, so I was especially pleased. I got a picture from them of the ornament on the tree. It is larger than expected, substantial and, of greatest importance to me, clearly keepsake quality. They LOVED it! I am glad to have given a USA-made gift that is not flimsy and cheap-looking and they can enjoy for a lifetime.
