Do not use this bank

Do not use this bank i couldn't log in to my account on their app and website It kept saying we are able to log you in even though I know my details were correct when I tried to reset my login details with my phone number same thing for them to help I would have to go to a branch with identity when it's their fault in the first place because they don't seem to have my records it's difficult for me because I have autism and anxiety so I don't do well on phones and in stores
